Arun Thai Natural ships world wide. For packages under 2kg we use regular airmail with registration, which takes 5-7 days. For packages over 2kg we use Thailand Post economy air to those countries that accept it, and regular air or EMS to other countries depending on the services each country accepts. Economy air generally takes 10-20 BUSINESS days.
Arun Thai Natural fully supports the right of all our customers to a full monetary refund if our products are:
- Faulty, damaged or defective in any way
- Not fit for purpose which they are advertised
- Don't match the advertised product description.
Please return the product to us complete with its original packaging within 14 days of arrival and we will return both the cost of the product and the postage cost for the product return. Alternatively, we are happy to replace the product or supply another product of equal value.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is used only in accordance with the instructions on the package and on our Arun Thai Natural website. If you have especially sensitive skin or think you possibly may be allergic to any of the ingredients in our products, please be sure to conduct an allergy test prior to a full application of the product; simply dab a tiny amount of the product on the sensitive skin inside your elbow and wait 1-2 hours. If no redness, itching or irritation occurs, you can assume you are not allergic and continue to use the product. If your skin does react, please do not use the product and consult your doctor. We regret that we are unable to supply a refund in the case of allergy.
